32例肺功能不全患者围手术期处理

Perioperative Treatment for 32 Patients with Respiratory Dysfunction

目的 研究术前肺功能不全患者于胸部手术中围手术期的处理。方法 对 32例术前肺功能不全患者经充分准备及评估后行胸部手术治疗。结果 肺大疱结扎、肺裂伤修补术 18例 ,肺囊肿切除术 6例 ,肺楔形切除术 8例。术后均能顺利恢复。结论 经充分准备 ,部分肺功能不全患者能进行胸外科手术。

Objective To discusss the perioperative treatment for patients receiving thoracic surgery with respiratory dysfunction.Methods 32 patients with respiratory dysfunction undertook thoracic surgery after adequate preparation and full evaluation.Results 18 patients had ligation of pulmonary bullae or repair of pulmonary laceration; 6 patients had excision of pulmonary cyst; 8 patients received wedge resection of lung.All the patients recovered smoothly in postoperative period.Conclusion With adequate treatment part of the patients with respiratory insufficiency have the potential to undertake a thoracic surgery.
