膀胱平滑肌瘤的诊断和治疗(附11例报告)

The diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma of the bladder (Report of 11 cases)

目的 :探讨膀胱平滑肌瘤的临床表现、诊治方法和预后情况。方法 :对 11例膀胱平滑肌瘤患者分别采用肿瘤剜除、膀胱部分切除或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗。结果 :术后随访 6个月～ 10年 ,10例生存良好 ,未发现肿瘤复发或转移 ;1例术后 3年出现膀胱移行细胞癌。结论 :膀胱平滑肌瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤 ,预后良好。B超是首选筛查手段 ,确诊需行膀胱镜检查及病理活检。外科开放手术是其主要的治疗方法。

Objective:To probe into the clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods and treatment most commonly used, and prognosis of leiomyoma of the bladder.Methods:11 cases of leiomyoma of bladder were analysed retrospectively and discussed with review of the literature. All patients were treated with enucleation of the tumor, partial cystectomy or TURBt.Results:Recurrence and metastases could not be found in 10 cases postoperatively during follow-up of 6 months to 10 years and the prognosis has been excellent. Transitional cell carcinoma was found in 1 case 3 years later after initial operation.Conclusions:Leiomyoma of bladder is rare benign tumor and has good prognosis. B type ultrasonography is the first diagnostic choice of screening detection. Cystoscopy and pathological biopsy is the most important diagnosis method. Open operation is the major therapeutic choice. Intravesical immunotherapy drugs after initial operation is good to prevent recurrence.
