摘要
针对滚珠旋压过程中成形区滚珠与管件接触压力的确定问题,提出利用平面应变状态下圆弧形冲头压入半无限体时平均接触压力来间接推出加工过程中成形区平均接触压力的方法,讨论了钢球压入半无限体时的平均接触压力与滚珠旋压时接触压力以及平面应变状态下圆弧形冲头压入半无限体时的平均接触压力之间的关系,并进行了实验验证.研究结果表明:以平面应变状态下圆弧形冲头压入半无限体时的平均接触压力推导出的滚珠旋压时滚珠与所成形管料的平均接触压力值的计算公式具有较高的实用性.
In order to meet the requirement of analyzing ball spinning mechanically, the contacting pressure is studied in this paper. First of all, some numerical simulations have been made to give the result that the average contacting pressure in ball spinning is less than the one when a ball is being inserted into a semi-unlimited block; then, some experiments and simulations have also been done to give a coefficient, which brings the average contacting pressure of a ball inserted in a semi-unlimited block and the one of a cylinder inserted in a semi-unlimited block together; lastly, with the coefficient, the average contacting pressure in ball spinning can be drawn from the contacting pressure of a cylinder inserting a semi-unlimited block indirectly. The application of this pressure gives a great support to itself.
