地塞米松、TRH及EGF对胎兔组织器官重量及体重的影响

摘要 目的 了解产前使用地塞米松、TRH和EGF对胎儿体重及各器官重量的影响。方法 于兔妊娠第 2 4天开始分别静脉给予孕兔地塞米松、TRH和EGF处理 ,连续 3d ,妊娠第 2 7天取出胎儿 ,称量胎儿体重及胎肺、胎肝、胎肠及胎盘的湿重。结果 各组间胎儿平均体重无明显差异 ,但地塞米松处理组每次妊娠胎儿的总体重低于其他 2个处理组和对照组 ,其中与EGF处理组的差异有显著意义 ;同时地塞米松处理组每次妊娠胎盘的总重量也有低于其他各组的倾向 ,而胎儿总体重及胎盘总体重在EGF处理组、TRH处理和对照组间无明显差异 ;此外 ,各组胎儿肺、肝、肠等器官的平均体重和总体重在各组间均无显著不同。结论 产前应用地塞米松可能降低胎儿体重和胎盘重量 ,而EGF则可能促进胎儿体重增加 ,但二者对胎儿器官重量的影响不明显 。 Objective To study the effects of prenatal administration with dexamethasone(Dex),TRH and EGF on fetal body weight and organ weight in rabbits.Methods After pregnant rabbits at the 24th day of gestation were intravenously treated with Dex,TRH and EGF respectively for 3 days,their fetal body weight,organ(lung,liver and intestine) weight and placenta weight were determined.Results The average body weight of fetus in each pregnant rabbit had no marked difference among these three treating groups and the control,but the total body weight of fetus in each pregnant rabbit from Dex treated group was smaller than that from the other groups,and there was apparent significance when compared with EGF treated group.The total placenta weight from each pregnant rabbit in Dex group had a decrease trend in comparison with that in the other groups.The total fetal body weight and placenta weight between EGF,TRH treated groups and the control groups,and the mean weight and the total weight of fetal lungs,livers and intestines among all groups had no apparent difference.Conclusion Prenatal dexamethasone treatment may decrease fetal body weight and placenta weight,and EGF may promote growth of fetal body weight,but both no influence on fetal organ weight.TRH was not associated with fetal body weight and organ weight.
