摘要
目的 建立压力性尿失禁动物模型 ,为压力性尿失禁的研究提供材料。方法 大鼠产后阴道内长时间放置水囊模拟产伤并切除双侧卵巢模拟绝经 ,然后进行尿动力学检查和喷嚏负荷试验。结果 大鼠最大膀胱容量和漏点压均降低。 4 2 .5 %的大鼠出现压力性尿失禁。结论 此建立压力性尿失禁大鼠模型的方法可行 ,但需提高模型的成功率。
Objective To establish animal model for stress urinary incontinence in rat.Method Intravaginal balloon inflation and ovariectomy were performed in rats.Cystometry,modified leak point pressure measurement and stress/sneeze test were used to observe the effect.Result Both cystometry and modified leak point decreased.Stress urinary incontinence occurred in 33.3% rats.Conclusion The establishment of animal model for stress urinary incontinence will make contribution to experimental research.
