髂内动脉栓塞与结扎治疗难治性产后出血11例临床分析

Treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhape through embolizing internal iliac artery and ligaturing internal iliac artery : a report of 11 cases

目的 探讨髂内动脉栓塞和髂内动脉结扎治疗难治性产后出血的临床价值。方法 对髂内动脉拴塞 6例和髂内动脉结扎 5例的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 6例髂内动脉栓塞后出血迅速减少 ,5例髂内动结扎后出血明显减少 ,均无严重并发症。结论 两种方法均能有效治疗难治性产后出血 ,髂内动脉栓塞疗效更确切 ,且具有迅速、安全的特点 ,保留子宫及其生理功能 ,但受仪器。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of embolizing internal iliac artery and ligaturing internal iliac artery in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Method Six cases of embolizing internal iliac artery and 5 cases of ligaturing internal iliac artery were analyged retrospectively.Result Bleeding obviously reduced in 6 cases of embolizing internal iliae artery and 5 cases of ligaturing internal ilial artery.There was no serious complication.Conclusions Two methods are proved to be the effective,fast and safe ways to deal with intractable postpartum hemorrhape.Especially it is more obvious by embolizing internal iliac artery and the uterus and its physiological function can be reserved.But they were all limited by instrument,equipment and the person who is in charge of operating.
