摘要
目的 探讨原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析 36例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果 36例原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤主要表现为腹痛、便血 ,患者均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,内镜活检确诊率 4 4 % ,接受手术及化疗等治疗的患者病情均不同程度好转。结论 原发性胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现缺乏特异性 ,误诊率高 ,患者主要为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of primary gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma (PGML).Methods Retrospective analysis on the clinical materials of PGML was performed.Results Thirty six patients with PGML manifestated chiefly as abdominal pain and bloody stool.All patients were non Hodgin′s lymphoma.44.0%patients were confirmed by endoscopic biopsy and pathology at the diagnosis. Those patients treated by operation and chemotherapy got well to some extents. Conclusions PGML lacks specific manifestations,so misdiagnos are made easily.PGML are chiefly non Hodgin′s lymphoma. They have a good response to binding treatment of operation and chemotherapy.
