原发性高血压患者及其子代血清IGF-I水平的探讨

The observation of serum insulin-like growth factor-I level in the patients with essential hypertension and their filial generation

目的 观察原发性高血压患者及其子代血清IGF I水平 ,以探讨IGF I在原发性高血压发病的关系。方法 采用特异性放射免疫分析法测定 30例原发性高血压患者及其子代与 30例正常人及其子代的血清IGF I水平。结果 原发性高血压患者、原发性高血压患者子代的血清IGF I水平不仅高于正常人 (2 79 36± 72 6 2 :1 6 5 2 6± 72 1 2 ,P <0 0 1 ;2 37 92± 5 7 75 :1 6 5 2 6± 72 1 2 ,P <0 0 1 ) ,原发性高血压患者子代的血清IGF I水平也高于正常人子代 (2 37 92± 5 7 75 :1 5 1 4 2± 4 4 0 2 ,P <0 0 1 )。结论 IGF

Objective To observe the level of serum insulin like growth factor I(IGF I) in the patients with essential hypertension and their filial generation,aiming at the possible correlation between IGF I and essential hypertension Methods serum IGF I levels were measured by specific radioimmunoassay in thirty patients with essential hypertension and thirty normal controls and their respective filial generation Results Not only the serum IGF I levels in the patients with essential hypertension and their filial generation were higher than that in the normal controls(279 36±72 62:165 26±72 12,P<0 01;237 92±57 75:165 26±72 12,P<0 01),but also the serum IGF I levels in the filial generation of the patients with essential hypertension was higher than that in the filial generation of the normal controls(237 92±57 75:151 42±44 02,P<0 01),too Conclusion IGF I maybe is the hereditary sign of essential hypertension
