柳树与杨树远缘嫁接初探

The Preliminary Research on the Distant Grafting of Salix and Populus

为了探索植物远缘嫁接成功的可能性及嫁接体的观赏特性,进行了柳属的旱柳与杨属的沙兰杨属间远缘嫁接组合试验。结果表明,采用改良插皮接可使旱柳与沙兰杨嫁接成活,且嫁接成活率较高。其中旱柳/沙兰杨的嫁接组合生长良好,五年内未出现后期不亲和现象,可望在园林生产中得到应用,营造新奇的景观,但沙兰杨/旱柳组合在嫁接后会出现"小脚"现象。

In order to explore the successful possibility of distant grafting and the ornamental property of grafting body, the grating combination experiments of Salix matsudana / Populus×euramericana cv.Sacrau 79 and P.×euramericana cv.Sacrau 79 / S. matsudana have been done. It shows that the method of improving ChaPi grafting can make the grafting combination of S. matsudana / P.×euramericana cv.Sacrau 79 alive, and the growing rate of grafting is higher. Of all the grafting combinations,S. matsudana / P.×euramericana cv.Sacrau 79 grows up better without producing unclose during the five years. Thus, it will be hopeful to be used in the gardens to make curious landscape. However, the combination style of P.×euramericana cv.Sacrau 79/S. matsudana would cause the phenomenon of,litte foot′.
