摘要
采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(简称DBS)微乳液法合成SnO2微粉,并对SnO2微粉进行气敏性能的测试。结果表明,用DBS微乳液法合成的SnO2微粉,对SnO2气敏元件的性能有较大影响。
The synthetic method of SnO_2 ultrafine particles in DBS microemulsion was studied,and the gas sensitive characteristics of the synthesized SnO_2 was tested.The result shows that the synthesized SnO_2 ultrafine particles by this method improves the sensitivity and selectivity in determination of gas H_2S.
