Building up Digital Hospital to Advance its Sustainable Development

为保证管理改革的顺利实施 ,确立了建设数字化医院的策略 ,促进了医院建设快速发展。一是高标准、全方位加强硬件、软件建设 ,在医院现代化管理中发挥了巨大作用。二是确定建设数字医院的基本目标 :全面实现无纸、无线、无胶片的“三无”目标 ;基础数据采集纳入网络化管理、数据开发全面系统、决策管理科学化 ;把医院战备建设纳入可视化后勤建设的大课题中 ;积极参与国家和军队数字化医院建设标准的研究制定工作。三是加强信息化的应用、开发能力 ,不断提高信息化的有效性 。

Strategy of establishing digital hospital promotes the rapid development of hospital and ensures the reform of management. The fist step is enforcing hardware and software construction with high standard, and it plays great roll in managing modern hospital. The second step is setting goal of construction, such as goal of no paper, no wire or no film, collecting fundamental data by network, exploring data systematically, decision-making and managing scientifically, bringing construction of war preparedness into visual logistics construction, participating research on making standard of national and military digital hospital. The third step is strengthening ability of using and exploring information, improving the effectiveness of information to realize the comprehensive development of hospital.
