摘要
本文结合工作实践 ,指出在医院数字化建设过程中 :医院领导应把数字医疗信息当作重要决策依据 ;机关领导应投入大量精力抓组织实施 ;深化信息系统使用 ,积极开发和引进适用软件。数字化医院建设完成后 ,应充分发挥网络优势 ,积极进行医疗流程优化和为病人优质服务 ;积极探索医疗质量交互监控模式 ,切实提高医疗质量 ;通过病历公开、医疗费用公开、评价结果公开制度 ,赢得病人信任 ,减少医患纠纷 。
On base of practice, the author put forward viewpoints in constructing digital hospital as, leaders of hospital should make decision based on digital medical information, administrators should pay strength to organization, developing and introducing software to further use. After the construction of digital hospital, advantage of network should be brought into play, optimizing medical process to serve for patients, researching on mutual supervision on medical quality to improve medical quality, winning patients by open case history, open medical cost, open appraising result. Therefore, reduce the medical disputes and advance the overall development of hospital.
