Investigation and Analysis of Reasonable Utilization of Medicaments in No 421 Military Hospital

目的 :了解本院医师对合理用药的认知程度 ,为进一步做好此项工作提供参考。方法 :采用问卷调查法 ,从掌握合理用药的基本知识及处方行为两方面进行调查。结果 :职称与类别不同无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,答题较好者为 2 4 .83% ,一般为 6 8.97% ,较差为 6 .2 0 %。结论 :必须进一步强化合理用药观念 ,拓宽继续教育内容 。

Objective: To know reasonable utilization of medicament in our hospital and to give reference to further work. Methods:Questionaries areuused from angles as knowledge and prescription of reasonable utilization of medicament respectively. Results: There was no significant difference between professional post and class( P >0.05). The answer shows the good ones account for 24.83%, common ones account for 68.97 %, poor ones account for 6.20%. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the conception of reasonable utilization of medicament, broaden the continuing education and standardize prescription.
