摘要
本文探讨在担负军队医疗保障制度改革试点 (扩大试点 )中 ,医院如何正确把握试点工作指导 ,以军队医改试点为契机 ,在新的医疗保障制度条件下 ,加强人才队伍建设 ,提高医疗服务质量 ,完善医疗服务措施 ,增强医疗保障能力 ,深化为部队一体化服务 。
As the experimental unit of the reform of military medical insure system, the hospital should stick to the work guidance, base on reform and enforcing building of talents team, improving medical services and countermeasures, enhancing ability of medical support and integrated service for army to achieve the goal of raising combat effectiveness of the army.
