摘要
军事医学学科是军队后勤现代化建设的重要组成部分。其建设质量直接影响到战时卫勤保障工作的成效。近年来 ,在军事医学学科人才队伍建设工作中遇到了一些困难和问题。主要表现在 :①学科编制不能得到有效保证。②人员结构不合理。③部分人员思想不稳定。作者对这些问题的突出表现和主要成因进行了描述和分析 ,并针对上述问题提出了以下 4点对策 :①引进与内部调整相结合 ,逐步改善缺编状况。②改善干部队伍结构 ,构建高素质人才梯队。③加大政策倾斜力度 ,以具体措施“拴心留人”。④改革运行模式 。
Constructing military medical subjects is important part of modernization of logistics in army, and its quality affected wartime medical support. In recent years, problems arose in construction of talents team, such as no effective guarantee on subject staff, unreasonable structure of personnel, unstable idea. The author described and analyzed the appearance and reason and put forward countermeasures as, combining introduction and adjustment to improve personnel shortage, improving structure of team to establish team of high quality talents, advancing talents policy to retain talents with measures,and reforming running mode to boost core competition.
