Difficulties Confronted in the Teaching Practice after the Enlarged Enrollment

师专类学校大规模扩招后,学生的教育实习工作面临着诸多难题。在新的形势下面,师范教育应解决好学生“教师职业技能训练”问题及改变不合理的教学模式两大问题,使学习更快更好地适应各种复杂的情况。

In the dissertation, the author brought forward some urgent difficulties confronted in the teaching practice after the enlarged enrollment in colleges and universities as well as some solutions to these difficulties so that colleges and universities in China can push forward their reform in education and teaching to adjust to new situation, especially the problems how to train the students in normal colleges in teaching and education skills and hoe to change the unsuitable teaching modes at present.
