摘要
贵广500kV输电线路工程,地势复杂,全方位高低腿,半掏挖斜柱基础,常用的“模拟铁塔下段模具”已不适用,而柔性固定模具施工精确度不够,为了解决基础施工问题,介绍了在模板面上固定主角钢的主角钢插入式半掏挖基础的模板配制、制模,主角钢定位、校核、调整新方法。该方法工具简单、实用方便、调整灵活,劳动效率提高显著,能确保工程质量,提高优良品率。实践证明,主角钢操平印记的相对高差和主角钢扭转,其误差几乎为零。
GuiGuang 500 kV transmission line project is lowleg in all aspects、complex relief and half-dig cross-pillar base,the common“bottom model of simulates iron-tower”isn′t suitable.In order to settle the problem of basic construction,this paper introduces the new method for templet compound、making templet、main-angle steel location、check、adjustment new method of main-angle steel jack-in half-dig base fixed on templet surface. This method is tool simple、practical and convenient、adjusting flexibly,the labour efficiency is raise obviously,it can ensure project quality and raise the rate of fine variety.The fact prove the error of the relative high degree and main-angle steel twisting for main-angle steel mark is almost zero.
