The important thoughts of“Three Represents”are scientific system being direct successors of the Marxism-Leninism,the thoughts of Ma Zedong and the theory of Deng Xiaoping while keeping the pace with times,and a major innovative theory applied the world outlook and methodogy of Marxism to observe the world and understand national condition,and a new leap in understanging the “Three Rules”.
