This article concentrates on expounding question of how to understand“accommodation”and religious political functions,deems that“accommodation”involves the relation of religion and politics,and points out that religious political functions,as for social groups of service,has extensiveness and multi-stratification;as for the feature of services,has doubleness.Thus,all-sidely,systematically and scientifically understanding the social political functions of religion is to provide the basis of thoughts and prerequisite requirements for correctly carrying out“the accommodation of religions to the socialist society”.
