论企业诚信道德建设的主体性及其对策

市场经济条件下,人们都知道诚信对于企业的重要性,但是鲜有人能够认识到企业对于规范市场经济诚信道德秩序的意义。本文认为搞好市场经济诚信道德建设,作为市场主体的企业是关键,同时企业诚信还可以带动个人和社会两个层面的道德建设。搞好企业诚信可以从细化企业诚信规则和加强行会作用入手。

It's well known that honesty is so important for a company in the society of market economy. But very few people realize the significance of company's effect on the standardization of the order of market economy's honesty. This article points out that as the main body of market, company is the key to the honesty construction of market economy. And at the same time company's honesty construction can promote the moral construction of individual and society. To improve company's honesty construction, we can start with the particularization of rules of company's honesty and enhance guild's function.
