摘要
党的十六大报告关于文化建设的论述 ,为新时期我国社会主义精神文明建设指明了方向。我国精神文明建设过程中存在的现实问题 ,为哲学大众化提出了新的时代要求。马克思主义作为我们党和国家指导思想的确立以及长时期在宣传和发展马克思主义的实践中所积累的丰富历史经验 ,为哲学的大众化提供了强大的思想保障和理论指导。以此为前提 ,新形势下马克思主义哲学大众化必须结合我国当前的具体国情 ,凸显出具有自己特色的可操作实现的途径。
The exposition about cultural development in the report which comrade Jiang Zeming delivered at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has placed a further emphasis on the important role that philosophy and other social sciences play in economic and social development. This makes out a correct direction for our socialist spiritual civilization in the new times. On the basic of the relative spirit of the report, this paper will give a discussion about the urgency, necessity and possibility of the Marxism philosophy popularization in a new situation for our country.
