发电机对绝缘性能要求很高,该文从提高云母含量、改善定子绕组矩形截面的角部场强、优化结构和工艺等方面论述了高导热、耐场强、减薄型新绝缘的研究开发及其在大电机上的应用。
Generators have high requirements on insulating properties. The paper reports on the development of thinned insulation of good thermal conductivity in strong fields by increasing the mica content, improving the corner field strength of stator windings of rectangular cross-sections, and optimizing the construction as well as the technology. Its application in large generators is also being reported on.
