The requirements put by steam turbine generator sets of Qilu Petrochemical Co.'s Cogeneration Power Plant to on-line monitoring and failure diagnosis systems are also being analytically discussed and accompanied by an elucidation of functions, that network connected on-line monitoring and failure diagnasis systems of steam turbines may realize.
