摘要
ERP项目实施绩效评价是在项目完成的基础上进行的对项目的目的、效益、影响和执行等情况进行全面而又系统的分析与评价,有助于改进投资效益,提高宏观决策和管理的水平。对构建实施绩效的评价体系框架进行了探讨,并提出运用模糊综合评价方法来对实施绩效从定量和定性两方面进行评价。
The performance evaluation of ERP is to analyze and evaluate the project's aim,benefit,effect and implementation comprehensively and systemically in order to improve the level of investment,macro decision-making and management when it has been accomplished.This article put emphasis on the discussion of how to found a frame of evaluation system and put forward the fuzzy synthetical evaluation to evaluate the performance from quantitative and qualitative aspects.
