摘要
本文通过论述媒体监督对司法公正的重要性及不足之处,并试图提出解决媒体监督和司法公正之间的冲突的方法。
The importance and the shortcomings of the media supervision on thejust of the justiceare discussed in the thesis,and a solution to the conflict between them are suggested.
