丙泊酚预防全麻围拔管期时心血管反应的研究

摘要 目的 探讨丙泊酚预防气管拔管心血管反应的效果。方法 将 3 0例病人随机分为治疗组 1 5例和对照组1 5例 ,两组患者全麻诱导相同 ,术中吸入异氟醚 0 .9~ 1 .3 MAC,间断静注阿曲库铵维持循环稳定。术毕前 1 5 min停吸异氟醚。拔管前治疗组静注丙泊酚 1 mg/ kg,对照组不做任何处理。结果 治疗组拔管前后心血管反应较轻 ,SBP、DBP、HR与术前相比无明显差异 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ,对照组上述参数显著增高 ( P <0 .0 5 )。 Objective and Methods The Circulatory Response to extubation were studied in 30 patients randomly allocated two groups.The anesthetic induction and maintenance were all the same in two groups.Inspired isoflurane was 0 9~1 3 MAC during operation till 15min before the completion of the operation.At Five min before during extubation injected intravenously propofol 1mg/kg in group A(n=15),and group B(n=15) was not any drug.Results the cardiovascular response to extubation was mild and SBP,DBP,HR were not significantiv incread different compared with those before induction in s group A(P>0 05),which were in significantiy incread in group B(P<0 05).Conclusions propofol can reduce the cardiovascular response effectively during extubation.
