摘要
目的 探讨应用莫匹罗星软膏和重组人成纤维细胞生长因子 (rh -bFGF)治疗大面积深度烧伤残余肉芽创面的疗效。方法 对 36例大面积烧伤患者残余创面分两组进行自身对照 :治疗组 (36例 )用莫匹罗星软膏和重组人成纤维细胞生长因子治疗 ,对照组 (32例 )用聚维酮碘软膏治疗 ,比较两组残余创面细菌清除率和创面愈合情况。结果 金黄色葡萄球菌 (包括MRSA)和表皮葡萄球菌 (包括MRSE)为残余肉芽创面感染的主要细菌 ;治疗组细菌清除率为 86 0 % ,对照组为 37 1% ,两组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组创面平均愈合时间为 (15 7± 3 8)d,对照组为 (2 3 9± 7 4 )d,二者间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 应用莫匹罗星软膏和rh -bFGF治疗大面积深度烧伤残余肉芽创面 ,能有效地清除残余创面感染的主要细菌 (金黄色葡萄球菌和MRSA) ,加快创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of mupirocin ointment and recombination human fibroblast growth factor (rh-bFGF) on the residual severe burn wound. Methods The experimental group (36 patients) were treated with mupirocin ointment and rh-bFGF and the control group (32 patients) with povidone-iodine ointment,the bacteria clearance and wound healing were analyzed between two groups.Results Staphylococcus aurous (including MRSA) and staphylococcus epidermitis (including MRSE) were the important pathogenic bacteria resulting in the residual severe burn wound,the rate of bacteria clearance was 86 0% in the experimental group and 38.3% in the control group (P<0 01);the mean healing days were 15 71±3 77 in the experimental group and 23 86±7 45 in the control group (P<0 01).Conclusion Mupirocin ointment and rh-bFGF could enhance the wound healing by clearing the important pathogenic bacteria resulting in the residual severe burn wound.
