摘要
人力资源 ,又称劳动力资源或劳动力 ,是指能够推动整个经济和社会发展 ,具有劳动能力的人口总和。国际竞争的胜利实际上就是人力资源管理的胜利。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈 ,我国企业必须实现从传统人事管理到现代人力资源管理的转变。
Manpower resources also called workforce resources or workforce,refer to the total of those people with labour capacity who promote the development of the whole economy and society.Actually the victory of international competition is a victory of manpower resources management.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the enterprises in our country must realize the transition from traditional personnel management to modern manpower resources management.
