Study of Occupational Diseases Harm Control in Chemical Fibre Project

目的 了解化纤生产过程中职业病危害的种类、分布和采取的防护措施 ,评价其防护措施的效果 ,提出改进意见 ,从而达到保护劳动者身体健康的目的。方法 首先进行工程分析 ,识别该化纤生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素 ,测定工作场所各种职业病危害因素的浓度或强度 ,按照国家职业卫生标准进行分析评价。结果 工作场所毒物浓度测定结果基本符合国家职业卫生标准的要求 ,个别工作岗位粉尘浓度和噪声强度超标严重。结论 该化纤工程职业病防护措施不完善 ,应进一步采取防尘、防噪措施 。

Objective To Recognize the categories,distributions and the precautionary measures of the occupational diseases harms during the chemical fiber production,assessing the effect of control measures,so as to protect the labor's physical health. Methods Analyzing the project so to identify the occupational harm in the course of the chemical fiber production,measuring the concentration or intensity of various factors at work places,analyzing and evaluating them according to the standards of national occupational health. Results Concentrations of poisons at workplaces accorded basically with the demands of the standards of national occupational health.The concentration of dusts and intensity of noise at some workplaces have exceeded seriously the standards.Conclusion The precautionary measures about occupational diseases are not perfect enough,so it is essential to adopt further steps against dust and noise,and improve the environment of work.
