慢性肾衰竭并左心室肥厚临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Chronic Kidney Failure with Left Ventricle Pachynsis

目的 探讨慢性肾衰竭并左心室肥厚的相关因素。方法 对 1 86例慢性肾衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1 86例慢性肾衰竭患者发生左心室肥厚者 89例 ,发生率为 4 7 8%。慢性肾衰竭患者左心室肥厚的发生与收缩压呈正相关 (P <0 0 1 ) ,与年龄呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与血浆白蛋白浓度呈负相关(P <0 0 5 ) ,与血红蛋白呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与红细胞压积呈负相关 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 慢性肾衰竭并左心室肥厚与收缩压、年龄、血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白。

Objective To explore the correlation factor of chronic kidney failure with left ventricle pachynsis.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 186 cases chronic kidney failure patient.Results There are 89 cases patients with left ventricle pachynsis in 186 cases patients with chronic kidney failure,the incidence is 47.8%,the occurance of left ventricle pachynsis to chronic kidney failure present positive correlation with systolic pressure (P< 0.01 ),positive correlation with age(P<0.05),negative correlation with the concentration of plasma albumin(P<0.05),negative correlation with the haemoglobin(P<0.05),negative correlation with the volume of packed red cell(P<0.01).Conclusion Chronic kidney failure with left ventricle pachynsis is relevant to systolic pressure,age,plasma albumin,haemoglobin,volume of packed red cell.
