Effect of Preoperatively Applying Tramadol in Preventing Shiver in Patients with Appendectomy by Solo-endoscope

目的 探讨术前预注射曲马多对预防寒战的作用。方法 选择 2 0 0例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级腔镜阑尾切除术病人 ,随机分为两组 ,T组为曲马多组 ,N组为对照组。观察寒战级别变化及用药前后MAP、HR、SpO2 、RR变化。结果 T组预防寒战效果明显。

Objective To make clear the effect of preoperatively applying Tramadol in preventing shiver.Methods Divided 200 patients for appendectomy with solo-endoscope at grade ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ randomly into two groups:Group T with Tramadol,and Group N the control.Graded the shiver and take attention to the changes in MAP,HR,SpO 2,and RR.Results The grade of shiver in group T was significantly reduced.Conclusion The effect of preoperative injection Tramadol in preventing the shiver in the patients with appendectomy by solo-endoscope was evident.
