阑尾炎腹壁切口感染的预防

Prevention of Appendicitis Abdominal Incision Infection

目的 探讨以腹壁切口清创缝合为主的综合治疗 ,预防阑尾炎腹壁切口感染的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我科 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1 1月收治的 2 4 0例急性化脓性、坏疽性、穿孔性阑尾炎 ,在术前静脉滴注抗生素 ,术中严格按照无菌原则 ,腹壁切口行清创缝合预防其切口感染的临床资料 ,与 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1 1月收治的急性化脓性、坏疽性、穿孔性阑尾炎 2 1 6例做对照 ,观察两组腹壁切口感染的情况。结果 治疗组腹壁切口感染率为 0 4 1 % ,明显低于对照组的 5 0 9% ,两组差异有显著性意义。结论 术前静脉滴注抗菌药物 ,术中严格无菌原则以及腹壁切口的清创缝合术预防腹壁切口感染 ,方法简单 。

Objective To Discuss the abdominal incision dedridement comprehensive treatment and the effect for preventing appendicitis abdominal infection of incisional wound.Methods Analye retrospectively acute、purulent、gangrenous、perforating、appendicitis 240 cases in our department from January 2000 to November 2003, intravenous injection antibiotics before operation, strictly according to aceptic principle in operation,contrast the clinical data of abdominal incision infection 216 cases with purulent、gangrenous、perforation appendicitis in our department from January 2000 to November 2003, observe the situation of the abdominal infection of the two groups.Results Treatment group abdominal infection rate is 0.41%, lower than that of control group 5.09% , the difference of two groups has obvious significance.Conclusion Intravenous injection and antibiotics before the operation, strict aseptic principal and abdominal incision debridement to prevent abdominal infection is simple and effective.
