广州市155名桑拿、按摩人员妇检情况及其生殖健康干预效果探讨

Outcomes of the gynecologic examination and study on the effect of the reproductive health intervention in 155 workers in Sauna bath and message room in Guangzhou City

目的 了解桑拿、按摩人员生殖健康状况 ,并探讨其干预效果。方法 在广州市某区 12间桑拿、按摩场所随机抽取 15 5名从业妇女进行妇科检查 ,并对比其干预前后的患病情况、与STD/AIDS相关认知及行为水平等。结果 干预后以认知水平与安全行为 (主要是安全套的使用 )较干预前差别有显著性意义 (χ2 =13 5 0 ,P =0 0 0 1;χ2=4 78,P =0 0 2 9)。结论 干预可通过认知 -行为改变 ,促进该人群行为水平的提高 。

ObjectiveTo oversee the conditions and study the effect of the intervention of the reproductive health in the workers in Sauna bath and message room.MethodsA random sampling gynecologic examination was conducted in the workers who worked in 12 Sauna bathes and massage rooms in a district of Guangzhou,and came about a comparison on the case rate of the gynecopathy,the correlated knowledge of STD/AIDS and behavior among them.ResultsThe levels of knowledge and safe behavior in the post-intervened showed much higher than the pre-intervened (χ 2=13.50,P=0.001,χ 2=4.78,P=0.029).ConclusionThe reproductive health intervention is a compound process with the knowledge-behavior model.The conditions of reproductive health can be improved with health education and behavior promotion.
