摘要
对内江、伍隍猪的细胞C—带和Ag—NOR进行了比较研究,并收集了成华、荣昌、杜洛克猪的Ag—NOR资料,根据Ag—NOR染色体频率对这五品种(类群)猪进行聚类分析。结果表明,内江与伍隍的C—带和Ag—NOR无明显差异。它们的遗传距离最小,首先聚为一类,是两个血缘关系十分密切的猪群。
The cell C—banded and Ag—NORs of Neijiang and wuhuang pig were studied. TheAg—NORs datas of Chenghua. Rongchang and Duroc were collected. Neijiang and Wuhuang showed no variation in C—banded and Ag—NORs chromosome frequency. The standard genetic distance were calculated bychomosome freguency of Ag—NORs. The genetic distance between Neijiang and Wuhuang was the closest among the five pig populations.
