本文通过具体而深入的考察,认为庄子在中国历史上所呈现的是一个充满人文关怀、志向高远的士子形象。制度规范和社会秩序的崩溃促成了庄子内在人格的觉醒与追求,并在在道德实践的范围内对儒家不足的补充使中国人拥有了一个层次完整的人生观思想体系。庄子的理想人格所具有的超越性,不仅教育了世俗中的人们,已经成为中华民族性格中重要的组成部分,而且具有鲜明的当代价值。

This article just points out that Zhuangzi is full of humanism. Especially, Zhuangzi's ideal character is of trancendency. The combination of his idea and that of Confucianism helped Chinese form an integrated idea system. His idea not only influences Chinese character formation, but also has contemporary value.
