新型有机正电胶双聚钻井液体系研究和应用 被引量:10

摘要 针对常规钻井液使用正电胶和聚合醇存在的问题 ,研制开发出了新型液态有机正电胶和聚合醇产品 ,并介绍了两种产品的性能特点。以有机正电胶、聚合醇和聚合物为主体 ,研制出了有机正电胶双聚钻井液体系 ,并进行了室内性能评价。结果表明 ,有机正电胶双聚钻井液克服了常规正电胶钻井液的缺点 ,兼有正电胶钻井液和聚合醇钻井液的优点 ,具有独特的流变性、优良的润滑性、抑制岩屑分散和稳定井壁作用 ,以及显著的保护储层特性。现场应用证明 ,该钻井液综合性能优良 ,完全能够满足定向井、水平井井眼稳定、井眼净化、润滑防卡和储层保护的需要 ,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Two kinds of novel drilling fluid additives organic positive gel and polyol-were studied to solve problems of conventional MMH and polyol, and the properties of the two additives were also presented. Taking organic positive gel, polyol and other polymers as main components, a novel drilling fluid named organic positive gel/polyol drilling fluid was developed and evaluated in laboratory. Results showed that problems of conventional MMH drilling fluid were overcome, and the new system which provides duplex advantages of MMH drilling fluid and polyol drilling fluid has unique rheology, excellent lubricity, inhibition, anti sloughing, formation protection, and it is easy for field maintenance and treatment. The successful application in field demonstrated that the organic positive gel/polyol drilling fluid can meet the requirements of drilling directional and horizontal wells.
