髓海虚实探析及临床应用

从《灵枢·海论》的四海理论出发 ,探讨髓海有余、不足的真正经文意旨 ,对现在解释的髓海有余的诸多论述 ,从医理上加以纠正 ,认为髓海有余属于病理状态 ,见于邪气偏旺的躁狂、多动症等。同时 ,在临床上应用髓海之输治疗精神病加以验证。

Real intention of classics about deficiency and excess of mallow sea is explored by means of the four-sea theory in hai lun chapter of the Miraculous Pivot·Hai lun, and the many description on excess of mallow sea at present are corrected by medical theories, and the authors consider that excess of mallow sea is a pathological state, seen in manic psychosis due to hyperactivity of pathologic factor, tourettes disease and others. At the same time, clinical application of dredging mallow sea to treatment of mental diseases was tested and verified.
