我国畜产品加工业的重大科技问题

Significant issue on science and technology of animal products processing in our country

在分析了我国畜产加工科技发展的现实差距、关键制约因素的基础上,从基础研究、高技术研究、关键技术攻关和基础性工作4个方面,提出了未来5～10年,我国畜产品加工科技的10个优先领域及其32个发展重点。

On the basis of analysis of realistic insufficiency、key limiting factors in the science &technology of the processing animal products in our country, 10 priority fields and 32 developing stresses in the coming 5～10 years were provided in the fields of basic research、high technology、key technology and fundamental works.
