摘要
黄磷属高能耗产品 ,根据有关资料推荐的炉料软化温度和熔点 ,以及对某制磷电炉炉体内外的温度测定 ,经热传导公式计算 ,展示了炉内外的温度分布 ;通过对影响电极熔池大小各因素的分析 ,探讨了制磷电炉内外热量的分布情况。制磷工作者必须根据磷矿的化学组成、焦炭和硅石的用量 ,严格配制成合适的炉料 ,随时调整炉料“焦比”和I/E值 ,控制好炉料粒度 ,使制磷电炉在最佳状态下长期安全运行 。
Yellow phosphor is a high energy-consuming product.The temperature distribution inside and outside of the furnace is shown through calculations using heat transfer formula based on softening temperature and melting temperature of material in the furnace recommended by related reference and temperature measurement on the inside and outside of a phosphor furnace.The heat distribution on the inside and outside of the phosphor furnace is discussed based on analysis of factors influencing the size of the electrode bath.Phosphor practitioners must compound the appropriate materials according to the chemical composition of the phosphate ore,the dosage of coke and silica,and shall adjust the 'coke ratio' and I/E value of the materials at any time when needed,and control the material particle size to maintain long-term safety operation of the phosphor furnace at the optimal condition so as to reduce energy consumption.
