摘要
用熔融冷却法制备了 Ge S2 - In2 S3- KCl玻璃并得到了该系统玻璃的形成范围。对其进行了 XRD、DSC & TG综合热分析及红外、紫外 -可见、拉曼光谱分析。玻璃具有较高的转变温度 ,大约在 2 90~ 370℃之间 ,透过范围为 0 .4 5~11.5μm。随着 KCl的加入 ,玻璃的转变温度略有下降 ,红外截止波长无明显变化 ,紫外截止边向短波方向发生了移动。根据拉曼光谱测试结果推断其微结构 :共用 In原子的 In— S键和 In— Cl键形成的 [In S3Cl]- 混合阴离子团均匀地弥散于由桥硫连接的 [Ge S4 /2 ]四面体构成的玻璃网络中。
The homogeneous glass samples for the GeS_2-In_2S_3-KCl system were prepared by conventional melt-quenched method and the glass-forming region was determined. X-ray diffraction,thermal comprehensive analysis,infrared & visible transmission spectra,Raman scattering measurements on amorphous alloys were carried out. The glass has a high transition temperature T _g ranging between 290~370 ℃ and the optical transmission of the glass is between 0.45 μm and 11.5 μm. The addition of KCl made the glass transition temperature decrease slightly and caused the transparent region of the glass to shift towards ultraviolet and far infrared region. The experimental results revealed that the microstructure is a complex - structural units formed by the In-sharing bonds In-S & In-Cl which are homogeneously dispersed in a disordered polymer network formed by [GeS_ 4/2 ] tetrahedrons interconnected by sulfur bridges.
