针刺治疗无症状心力衰竭及其对患者左室收缩功能的影响

Acupuncture treatment of silent heart failure and its effect on left ventricular contraction function

目的 :比较针刺与西药治疗无症状心力衰竭患者的疗效差异 ,并探讨其对左室收缩功能的影响。方法 :将 6 0例无症状心力衰竭患者 (SHF)随机分为针刺组 30例、西药组 30例。分别于治疗前后检测左室射血分数 (LVEF)、短轴缩短率 (FS) ,并测定血浆脑钠素 (BNP)水平。结果 :针刺组疗效与西药组相当 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :针刺具有与西药同等的改善心肌收缩功能的作用。

Objective To compare therapeutic effects of acupuncture and western medicine on silent heart failure(SHF) and investigate their effects on left ventricular contraction function. Methods Sixty cases of SHF were randomly divided into an acupuncture group (n=30) and a western medicine group (n=30), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), FS , and brain natriuretic polypeptide (BNP) level in plasma were determined before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture group was similar to that of the western medicine group (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture has a same action in improving myocardial contraction function.
