穴位注射治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的对照观察

Control investigation on acupoint-injection for treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea

目的 :比较穴位注射与西药治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效 ,探讨治疗本病的最佳疗法。方法 :将本病患儿 10 0例随机分为治疗组 6 0例和对照组 4 0例。治疗组采用天枢、长强、足三里等穴位注射小剂量聚肌胞注射液 ;对照组采用内科西药常规治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈率为 87 0 % ,对照组为6 0 0 % ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :穴位注射治疗本病疗效确切 ,安全方便。

Objective To compare therapeutic effects of acupoint-injection and western medicine on infantile autumn diarrhea and probe into a non-medicine therapy for this disease. Methods One hundred infants of autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=60) and a control group (n=40). The treatment group were treated by injection of small dose of polyinosinic acid injection into acupoints Tianshu (ST 25), Changqiang (GV 1), Zusanli (ST 36), and the control group were treated by routine western medicine. Results The cured rate was 87 0% in the treatment group and 60 0% in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups (P<0 01). Conclusion Acupoint-injection has a definite therapeutic effect on infantile autumn diarrhea with safety and convenience.
