针刺为主治疗儿童孤独症临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of child autistic disorder mainly by acupuncture

目的 :探寻治疗儿童孤独症的有效疗法。方法 :对 30例患儿进行针刺治疗并结合感觉统合训练及语言训练。结果 :通过 1个疗程的治疗 ,对缺乏伙伴关系、语调低或语速过快过慢及听而不闻症状的改善明显 ,改善率为 75 0 % ;其次是对代词用错 ,伤害自己和别人、攻击性行为的改善 ,改善率为 71 4 %。结论 :针刺为主治疗可以改善孤独症患儿的症状 。

Objective To search for effective therapy for child autistic disorder. Methods Thirty children of autistic disorder were treated by acupuncture combined with comprehensive training of sensation and language training. Results After treatment of one course, the symptoms of lacking partner relation, low intonation, or over fast or over slow speech, and hearing but paying no attention improved obviously with a improving rate of 75 0%, and the improving rate was 71 4% for erroneous use of pronoun, injuring oneself and others, and aggressive behaviour. Conclusion Acupuncture can improve symptoms of the child autistic disorder, and the mechanism is possibly related with improvement of volume of cerebral blood flow.
