摘要
我国政府在高等教育评估中处于主导地位。高等教育评估事业发展进程已充分显示出政府主导方式的积极作用 ,但是政府主导方式在实现体制改革目标方面不可避免地存在局限性。随着高教体制改革的进一步深入 ,政府行为应作相应调整。
Chinese government plays a dominant role in the evaluation for higher education. The development process of the evaluation for higher education has fully manifested positive functions of government dominance. However,with the deepening of the reform,the goals of reform will unavoidably conflict with government dominant behaviors,which must be regulated correspondingly.
