摘要
本文介绍TE_(01)模大尺寸谐振腔的单模化和微扰测Q技术,以及用该腔体构成的电介质参数测量装置和测量方法。给出同一聚四氟乙烯、融熔石英和有机玻璃样品在35GHz和9.37GHz的ε_r和tanδ的测试数据。
A new technique is described to obtain singlemode oversize cavity resonator at 35GHz. A simplified system had been built for the measurement of complex permittivity εr=εr (1-jtanS) for low and medium loss solids. Measurements have been carried out in both cavitis for Teflon, fused silica and plexiglas. The obtained εr, tanδ values are comparable with data in the literature.
