小康建设进程中的政治文明与法律保障分析

Analysis of the Political Civilization and Legal Safeguard in Building a Well-to-do Society

把政治文明作为全面建设小康社会的重要目标,将政治文明与小康社会内在统一起来,并进一步明确党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国三者的关系,这是对小康社会内涵的丰富和完善,是对我国政治建设理论的创新。为此,在我国政治文明的建设进程中,必须树立政治文明新思维和加强法律保障。本文特别强调全面贯彻实施宪法是政治文明建设的一项基本任务。

To set the political civilization as an important objective in building a well-to-do society,to integrate the political civilization inherently with the well-to-do society and to make further clear about the relations among the leadership of the Party, the people being the master of their own affairs and the governing the country by the rule of law, is an innovation in the state political civilization theory and a perfection in the connotation of well-to-do society. In the process of the construction political civilization, new thinking of political civilization should be acquired and legal safeguard be reinforced. This article emphasizes that an overall implementation of the constitution is a fundamental task in the construction of political civilization.
