摘要
本文试着分析机关、事业单位工资体制改革对居民收入分配的影响,以及这种影响产生的原因,最后提出旨在缩小居民收入分配差距的对策和建议。
This paper analyses the impact of the salary system reform of government and institutions on residents income distribution and the cause of this impact. Finally, it puts forward some measures and suggestions to reduce the income disparity.
