我国经济增长下的失业问题分析

The unemployment problem analysis under the economic increase of our country

我国近几年经济持续稳定发展,基本上保持着7%～8%,居世界前列,但是,我国就业形势仍不容乐观,失业率较高。造成失业问题的原因主要为:一、特定的历史因素;二、政府职能因素;三、高门槛的城市因素;四、就业的信息因素;五、中小企业、私营企业因素;六、传统思想因素,等。

The economic growth is keeping on stable develpment,at a rate of 7%-8% However,the employment situation is not so optimistic.The employment rate still keeps high.Causes for the problem of unemployment are:i)particular historical factors,ii)governmental function factors;iii)high urban threshold factor;iv)employment information factor;v)mid-sizde and small-sized enterprises as well as private enterprise factor;vi)traditional thought factor,etc.
