Study of The Status Quo of the Weaker Community in Chenzhou and its Countermeasures

郴州弱势群体可分为生理性弱势群体、社会性弱势群体、自然性弱势群体三部分,属于社会脆弱群体,生活在贫困线下,是社会救助的重点对象。要通过完善社会保障政策、健全社会保障体系和发展社会扶持事业相结合的方式,维护和保障他们的合法权益,促进人的全面发展。

The weaker community consists of three parts: physically weaker community, socially weaker community and naturally weaker community. They belong to the fragile community who normally live under the poverty line and are the objects of being assisted and supported. We should protect and guarantee their legal rights by means of perfecting the social guarantee policies, establishing healthy social guarantee system and developing social assistance career.
