企业信息化进程中,信息资源整合的策略与方法关系到整合效果的成功与否,在一定程度上决定了企业信息化建设未来发展的方向。重点介绍信息资源整合中的两个关键问题:一是应用集成的策略与方法,二是商业智能构建的策略与方法。提出了构建数据仓库时一种新的实施方法—主题驱动法。

In the course of enterprise informatization, the method of enterprise information resource integration was veryimportant, which greatly affected the result of integratization and decided the future direction of enterprises informationdevelopment at some extent. It was introduced two key problems: one was the strategy and method of enterprise applicationintegrity(EAI), another was the strategy and method of construction business intelligence(BI). It was proposed a newimplementing method of constructing warehouse Theme Driving Method.
